1. Working Principle of Duckbill Valve
The duckbill valve mainly consists of three parts: the valve body, valve disc, and rubber flap.
The valve body is the main structure of the entire valve, with an internal water flow channel.
The valve disc is the key component controlling water flow, composed of a metal plate and a rubber plate. This rubber plate is made of 100% rubber material and incorporates a built-in nylon cord fabric layer, giving it both elasticity and sealing properties, allowing it to fit tightly against the interior of the valve body.
When water flows into the valve body, the pressure acts on the valve disc, pressing it tightly against the interior of the valve body, thereby ensuring smooth passage of water flow.
When water flows out of the valve body, due to the effects of gravity and pressure, the valve disc flips at a certain angle, preventing backflow. This automatic opening and closing function enables it to operate efficiently.
